What can I have printed on to canvas?
Digital photos, traditional photos and computer generated graphic files. If you have a negative I can also convert this over to a photo for you and then put onto canvas. (Conversion of negatives will attract an extra charge)
What format is required for a digital photo?
Send through what you have already and we will see if we can work with it. Ideally the image would be EPS, JFG, RAW, PSD (photoshop) PDF or Tiff..
How do I get good quality photos?
You need to take your photographs at the highest possible resolution.
If you are going to be ordering a large size canvas the clarity is really important, but don’t worry I will always look at your photos and make sure it is going to be OK to put onto canvas.

What sizes do you do?
We can do any size. Just ask and we will give you a price for this.
Can you turn colour into black and white?
Yes we can turn colour into black and white or Sepia.
Can you work with a negative and put this onto canvas?
Yes we can work with your negative, we need to scan the negative first and there would be a $10 charge for this.
What if I am not to sure what photo to use or what size to go for?
I am only to happy to give free advise to you on what I feel would be the better photo to use and also what would be the best size for the photo you have chosen . So just give me a call (03 454 3300) or send me an email (image@imageoncanvas.co.nz) and we can discuss.
Do you do Pop art?
Yes we do. There will be an addition charge of $70 for each image that you want changed into this effect and if you just need the colour changed in the other images it would be $10 for each of these.
How do I place an order?
Choose the photo that you want to put on to canvas.
If this is a digital photo you can place the order online from our order page
Or you can email us the photo (image@imageoncanvas.co.nz)
Or you can post the photo or a CD of your photos to us at 66 Connell Street, Waverley Dunedin - Don't forget to fill out and order form and include it.
Will I get my original photo back?
Yes we will return the original photo with you order and in the same condition
How much for delivery?
Delivery throughout the North Island is $20 (A2 and smaller)
Delivery throughout the South Island is $14 (A2 and smaller)
Can you deliver Overseas?
Yes we can but there will be a charge for this.
Can I call you by phone?

Yes we do! You can nominate any amount you require and we can send the gift voucher to yourself or directly to the person nominated. Gift vouchers are printed onto canvas and are wrapped in white tissue.
I do not have a digital image?
That is fine just put your photograph in the post to us at 171 Doon Street, Waverley, Dunedin. We scan the photograph and then return the photograph with your order.
Please note that there is an additional charge if your photo is larger than A4
How do I care for my canvas?
To increase your lifespan of your canvas you need to keep the canvas out of direct sunlight and moisture, just like a normal photograph.
How do I pay?
You can send me a Cheque, once the cheque has been cleared we will then dispatch the canvas to you. Keep this in mind if you are ordering a canvas for a present.

We allow 10 working days for canvas images but if you require an urgent canvas then please let us know and we will do this urgent order for you.
